F5ER is produced using seawater (magnesium chloride) as a raw material using a fully automated production control and monitoring system, combined with a proprietary homogenized continuous synthesis process. Stable raw material control and a unique production process result in a highly regular hexagonal flake morphology and moderate flake thickness. The patented silane coating process not only enhances the product's compatibility and dispersibility, but also provides excellent electrical and mechanical properties.
It features high whiteness, stable color, fine and evenly distributed particle size, high purity with low impurities, outstanding flame Sretardancy and low smoke emission, excellent thermal stability and great processing performance. It can be widely used in wires and cables, polymer composite materials and battery materials.
Packaging and Storage
Packing: 20kg paper-plastic composite bag, 500kg/600kg bulk bag, customized packaging is available.
Storage: Store in a ventilated and dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
