FR's hexagonal magnesium hydroxide F5HE is produced using seawater magnesium chloride as raw material, with fully automatic production monitoring system and proprietary continuous homogenization synthesis process. Stable raw material control and unique production process form regular hexagonal flake crystal with moderate thickness. The special surface treatment process greatly improves the product’s dispersibility and compatibility with polymer matrix, delivering outstanding electrical insulation and mechanical properties for finished products.

It features high whiteness, stable color tone, fine & uniform particle size distribution, ultra-high purity with low impurity content, excellent low-smoke flame retardancy, superior thermal stability and smooth processing fluidity.

Packaging and Storage

Packing: 20kg paper-plastic composite bag, 500kg/600kg bulk bag, customized packaging is available.
