FR's magnesium hydroxide S12-R is produced using seawater (magnesium chloride) as a raw material using a fully automated production control and monitoring system, combined with a proprietary homogenized continuous synthesis process. Compared with mineral magnesium hydroxide, it has high purity and fewer impurities. The patented silane coating process not only enhances the product's compatibility and dispersibility, but also provides better flame retardant properties. It features high whiteness and stable color, fine particle size and even distribution, high purity and no impurities, high flame retardancy and low smoke emission, excellent thermal stability and excellent processing performance. It is widely used in wires and cables, polymer composite materials, coatings and ceramics.
